October 23rd Class Con't

Final video for October 23rd Class.
In this video I pan and zoom the Newport Shell. We took this video so you can see what Dave actually carved during the class. It helps give us a reference point so we better understand what material he removed and what he left.

Please everyone make comments with idea's on how to improve the video. What helps what does not help. This project will be complicated and the video should prove to be very helpful when we ask the question, "what do I do next"

Drawer Pull Video 5 Oct 16th Class

This is the first step he covered in class on Oct 16th.
It did not work for me so I moved to the other video's
I was able to get it to load to convert to MPEG 4.

This video covers the area where the pull is located.
He shows how to use the rifflers.

Feedback:

I have recieved feedback on the video from two people.
I am sure after class on Friday when more people can visit the site, I will get additional information.

It appears the video is working. I have not done any editing yet I just wanted to see if it worked first. I may also incorporate some still photo's of the project start, middle and end so we have a reference to review the next steps for each project.

I have two video's left from the Friday October 16th class. I will see if I can post them both with this posting.

Video from the October 16th class

Good News

It appears the video is working. This time I will post a longer video.
The good thing is that you can use the timeline in the video to watch the part you want.

I think this will be a good review when we all are doing the carving and need to check on the next step. I may also include some video before he starts and then after he end so we can see the difference.

Please post comments and suggestions on what you would like to see in the video.

Video for the Class

This post is a test to see if I can post the video from the class.

I started with a short 5 minute section of the recorded video from the class October 16th.
If this one works ok I will post other video's. For the present I will keep them short.

I am also working so the video can be downloaded to a computer.
